Module: any in a series of standardized units for use together: such as
- an educational unit which covers a single subject or topic
Modules offer the student an opportunity to target specific areas or topics of study. Modules are presented with an e-book teaching syllabus and accompanying videos and/or mp3 recording . Dependent on the course of study, modules are from a few weeks to a few months in duration.
Note: some modules require a pre-requisite.

Graduates of Confirming Word School of Ministry will be noted for their commitment to:
- The Demonstration of a Spirit-filled Life as evidenced in overall well-being allowing your spirit to rule as king, the soul as servant and the flesh as slave to the will of God.
- The Lordship of Christ as evidenced through maturing lifestyles that reflect continuing submission to the Word of God as illustrated through the life of Jesus Christ.
- The Authority of the Scriptures as demonstrated by a knowledge of the Bible, and the ability to apply, and integrate the inerrant Scriptures in all of life consistent with a Spirit-led life.
- The Vital Importance of the Church as evidenced by service to the church of Jesus Christ using ministry and vocational skills, spiritual gifts, and natural talents.
- The Task of Evangelism as exhibited in a passion for the proclamation of the Word as part of an everyday lifestyle.
The Ministers Program is a ten-month program consisting of seven months teaching and training and three months on-the-job ministry and evaluation. After this training you will know and/or experience the following:
- the history of the Christian church,
- basics of prayer and fasting
- financial stewardship
- being an effective evangelist
- how to make an outline,
- how to teach a subject,
- how to conduct yourself in the pulpit,
- your call and purpose on your life,
- how to develop leaders around you,
- how to conduct altar calls,
- how to develop armor bearers,
- use the scriptures effectively with results
Prerequisite for this course of study is a passing grade of 70% on the graduate program placement exam.
A Diploma in Bible is given upon satisfactory completion of the coursework. The program may be completed in ten months, you become eligible for ministers license or 16 months if ordination is your goal. In order to receive a certificate of completion, a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 must be maintained.
leadership Excellence program
Additional Information
The Leadership Excellence Program is a ten month program, teaching the skills needed for senior leadership roles. This Program requires supplementary coursework in addition to that required of the Graduate Program.
Offering ordination certification in one of the following ministerial offices below:
- Bishop (must have at least 5 consecutive years of active ministry work as a Pastor)
- Pastor (must be head leader in teaching the Word of God; such as a home bible study, etc. with active pursuit of starting your own church)
- Elder (must have at least 3 years in ministry)
Prerequisite for this class are as follows:
- Currently active in a senior leadership role in your ministry
- Completion of at least four (4) CWSM Modules (3 Core and 1 Fundamental) which can be taken simultaneously with this program)
- An Admission Consideration interview with CWSM Dean and the Chancellor of CWSM
- A minimum of two senior ministerial references
NOTE: Certification and/or Ordination is available with successful completion of this program at the discretion of the CWSM Chancellor.
